Behavioral Emergencies

For assistance in securing an out-of-control patient who presents an immediate danger to self or others:

  1. Call 3333
      1. Advise operator of the patient’s location and explain the situation in detail
  2. The Code Violet Team will respond, assess and de-escalate the situation

For problems in behavior management of visitors or staff, or for situations involving dangerous or life-threatening situations,  Call 1111 for Public Safety.
